The Center of Southwest Culture's rural economic initiative, The Cooperative Development Center of New Mexico, recently recieved two USDA grants. One grant is to continue CODECE's pilot project in Truchas, NM, where CODECE has formed three co-ops in organic agriculture and eco-tourism. The second grant will provide a state-of-the-art mobile kitchen to support eco-tourism activities.
