CSC Founder and President Arturo Sandoval launched the Center in 1991 to help Indigenous and Mexicano/Chicano communities. His focus over the years has been on economic development, cultural events and education. The Center will host a reception to celebrate its anniversary on November 11, 2011 in Albuquerque.
